Marion-crawford prevention programs (mcpp) is an ohio non-profit corporation formed for the purpose of providing substance abuse prevention programming targeting middle school and high school aged youth in marion and crawford counties.

Teen institute - this program is based on the principle of peers encouraging peers to make positive choices and is the oldest peer prevention program in the nation. Students can participate in the program at a school, county, and state level, each providing a different level of education and opportunity to build leadership skills.

Junior teen institute - this program is specifically designed for eighth grade students. Students have the opportunity to attend a weekend leadership conference to learn skills to become better drug-free leaders in their schools. After the conference, jti students bring their skills back to their school to provide awareness about making positive choices to their peers as well as opportunities to have drug free fun. All public schools in both marion and crawford counties currently participate in the junior teen institute program.
