Operated a transitional program for persons released from rehab facilities and/or prison, and for selected Homeless persons. Seventeen participants entered the program. Two graduates secured employment, housing, transporation and savings. Three participants were reunited with families and/or regained custody of their children.
Initiated a land purchase upon which to build and move the Outreach Thrift Store and the Pathway Home operation, and eventually house Operation Restore and the White Flag Shelter.
