Mission
Marshall county community punishment and corrections was developed to house non-violent offenders. The program is designed to offer the courts an alternative sentence for defendants in place of county jails and prison. The facility also maintains an electronic monitoring program, which closely oversees the monitoring of high risk defendants out on bond.
