Agriculture leadership activities the marshall county farm bureau structure of organizational leadership provides many opportunities for member leaders to keep abreast of issues that affect agriculture. Local board members attend organizational & educational meetings each month. They participate in other local agricultural & educational meetings each month. They participate in other local acricultural civic & community organizations. Leaders attend district state & national conferences to network with farmers & other agriculturalists to learn about current issues facing agriculture. A highly developed committee structure provides leadership opportunities for members through meetings, regular communications and agriculture activities.

Youth leadership development the marshall county farm bureau supports youth ag organizations both financially and with volunteer hours. The organization is a primary sponsor of the marshall county 4h organization. Board members assist with local club meetings and serve as judges for contests. The fb donates money for awards and for needed supplies. The marshall county farm bureau also supports high school seniors who are planning on majoring in agriculture by awarding scholarships annually.
