To collect charitable contributions to cover costs associated with the creation and placement of a martha hughes cannon statue into the national statuary hall in the united states capitol and remove the philo arnsworth statue that is currently on dispay in the national statuary hall in the united states capitol. To comply with the requirements of 2 us sec 2132 regarding the cost to replace the state's statue and to ensure that no utah state funds are used for any cost related to the creation and placement of the statue of martha hughes cannon statue or the removal of the philo farnsworth statue.
