Martha Obryan Foundation Inc

The purposes of the foundation are those set forth in its charter, as from time to time amended. Namely, to establish a permanent endowment fund, receiving gifts of money and property, investing and managing the fund, and using the proceeds therefrom in such manner for the benefit of martha o'bryan center as the trustees in their discretion may deem best, giving priority to the use of endowment funds for major maintenance, modernization or expansion of buildings and facilities, extensions of services, and developing and training professional leadership.
