Education and scientific purposes as described in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code (the"code) specifically, to support the martha t. Berry medical facility, a comprehensive clinical care facility owned and operated by the county of macomb in the state of michigan, by enhancing the quality of life of the residents of the facility and conducting all activities incidental or necessary to accomplishing the foregoing purposes or otherwise permitted by section 501(c)(3) of the code.
