Childrens development center: the state-licensed childrens development center was available for 250 days, offering care, enrichment and developmental opportunities to children in need.
Wraparound services; case management & career education: the organization provides professional case management, career and education services, and child development support to all shelter participants. The organization provided 336 adult participants with case management services, with 72% of program exits resulting in stable, secure housing. The organization provided 85 unduplicated homeless children enrolled in and received tutoring services. In the palm springs navigation center, 878 units of wraparound were provided. The palm springs access center provided 1,005 unduplicated participants with 27,772 wraparound services, including case management, employment services, hygiene kits, and more.
