Youth leadership and character development year-round programming integrates academics, leadership, entrepreneurship, and service. The foundation's project-based learning model gives youth hands-on experience through real-world roles within the organization and partnerships with community groups. Participants take on complex responsibilities that stretch their abilities, build confidence, and foster teamwork while directly contributing to community service and the foundation's mission.the multi-generational mentoring model connects students with alumni and professionals who guide them in leadership, purpose, and character development. Youth also create and run their own wellness and leadership retreats through the foundation's big nature program, which provides immersive outdoor experiences that strengthen mindfulness, environmental awareness, and resilience through nature-based learning. Students receive academic tutoring, business management, financial literacy, and college and career preparation. Graduates have earned more than 60 million in scholarships to universities including princeton, stanford, usc, unlv, and yale, with many returning as mentors to inspire future generations.

Family support, education and life stabilization provides transitional housing, essential needs, legal and immigration support, job training, and college and career placement to help families achieve stability and independence. The program integrates nutrition, environmental studies, yoga, tennis, pickleball, fitness, and arts to promote wellness, balance, and teamwork. Parents participate in regular meetings and education sessions to strengthen communication, resilience, and shared growth. Families receive life-skills education, financial literacy, and workforce readiness training to build long-term independence. The foundation's entrepreneurship and sustainability initiatives teach innovation and self-sufficiency through real-world practice. Transitional homes provide safe, nurturing environments for families to heal, rebuild, and thrive, helping them move from crisis to stability while creating lasting generational impact.
