The purpose of the association shall be to work closely with the property owners, residents, and business owners to address and resolve important issues of the community, including to organize, promote, and operate activities that fall under the following headings: charitable, educational, lessening neighborhood tensions, combating community deterioration, juvenile delinquency and such other related activities as may be provided by law.
