Create an environment that inspires and strengthens the community's passion for cycling, health and well-being. Sustainably operate a nationally recognized velodrome and recreation facility for the benefit of generations to come.

Jerry Baker Juniors Team. The Jerry Baker Juniors Team is a competitive youth cycling team, made of members ages 8 through 18. Its purpose is to provide young athletes with a community where they learn to love track cycling. We provide coaching and mentorship that develops riders with a lifelong enjoyment of cycling and fitness. Our athletes develop fundamental cycling and training skills while reinforcing values that will help them be succesful both on and off the bike. In 2024 we had 50 team members, supported by four coaches and a whole community of volunteers.

Junior Nationals In 2024 we hosted the Junior Track Cycling National Championships. We brought 137 youth athletes from across the country, with over 450 individuals staying in Redmond, WA, and hosted over 4500 spectators.
