Mascarenas Foundation

The mascarenas foundation focuses on issues important to the u.s./mexican border, such as water conservation, improving enviromental conditions and addressing concern arising from a growing population. Also regrants to other organizations for scholarships. Finally, the foundation will attempt to stimulate the further development of philanthropic institutions and programs along the border.
