Mashomack Fish & Game Preserve Club Inc

To promote hunting, fishing, game preservation, swimming, and other lawful social and sporting activities and to provide facilities to the members and guests for engaging in such activities; to acquire property for the corporate purposes by grant, gift, purchase, devise or bequest, and to hold and to dispose of the same, subject to such limitations as are prescribed by statute; and to carry on all or any of its activities and to purchase or acquire, hold and dispose of such property, real, personal and mixed, as may be requisite for the transaction, if its business or the conduct of its affairs, in any of the states, districts, territories or colonies of the united states, and in any and all foreign countries, subject to the laws of such state, district, territory, colony or country.
