Children's Education & Youth Employment: Empowering local communities to uplift themselves by hiring local, previously unemployed youth and training them as reading coaches for children. We build libraries & literacy centres in preschools and schools and have these reading coaches work with children one-on-one at whatever level they are at for the first 5-6 years of their schooling life. This provides them with the foundation in reading, writing and comprehension that every child deserves. We are thus creating jobs in which community youth are employed to help uplift their own schools and children.
