To acquire property, both real and personal for the purpose of constructing, owning, operating and maintaining a masonic template for the user of ketchikan lodge no 159, and for the members thereof, as well as visiting members from other lodges and to acquire and hold such real and personal property as may be required, and to do everything necessary or incidental in order to carry out the above mentioned.
