Raising and distributing funds for and to non-profit organizations, community based organizations, religious organizations, treatment facilities and counseling programs that assist massachusetts union members and their families who are coping with addiction to drugs, alcohol and/or other substances or behaviors and to otherwise provide assistance and relief to such persons.
