Advocacy:- housing advocacy meetings and events hosted by mbaks gather over 1,500 attendees throughout the year.- mbaks team advocates industry issues with over 300 individual elected officials and interviewed 30 individual candidates for local office.- aims to increase communication and awareness for housing advocacy through social media outreach program.

Community stewardship:- partnered with multiple housing related non-profits with sponsorships and charitable contributions in support of housing related causes.- provided scholarships totaling over 10,000 to individuals in construction related programs.- built 26 ramps with 19 volunteer teams (330 total vounteers).- repainted non-profit boys and girls club of bellevue with over 50 total volunteers.- partnered with the city of federal way to fund and provide over 70 volunteers for a large tree planting project.

Member engagement & programs:- provided over 300 events and meetings covering topics such as safety, business management, professional development, green building, healthy homes, osha, lead certification, economic and housing trends, housing policy, legislative developments, developer, builder and remodeler issues, small business topics, member benefits, and housing advocacy. - built green program: certified over 1000 projects and over 1,500 total units as built green.
