Neighborhood building revitalizes communities by encouraging neighbors to dream of possibilities, organizing sustainable reinvestment and sound public policy in targeted neighborhoods and providing a shared network of tools and resources.during 2024, matthew 25 accomplished the following neighborhood building goals:-helped 25 homeowners with home repairs and 14 homeowners with yard, cleanup projects, using 5,504 hours of volunteer labor-completed one rental unit rehab. Constructed two 3 bed/2 bath homes and net zero triplex-rented 24 units of quality affordable housing-checked out 268 tools to individuals to help with home and garden

Community building connects neighbors and community members in order to increase social cohesion, happiness and public safety in neighborhoods.during 2024, matthew 25 accomplished the following community building goals:-carried out 84 one-on-one conversations getting to know the gifts and talents of our neighbors.-curated 22 community events that drew neighbors together.-engaged 662 people in 12,018 hours of volunteer work that strengthened neighborhoods.
