Mauldin Ministries

The purpose of this corporation is to act as a public charity, by transforming culture through the arts. This corporation is organized pursuant to the georgia nonprofit corporation act and does not contemplate pecuniary gain or profit to members thereof and is organized for nonprofit purposes. This corporation is organized exclusively for religious, charitable, and educational purposes, including for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. This corporation shall not, except to an insubstantial degree, engage in any activity or exercise any powers that are not in furtherance of charitable, religious, scientific, literary, or educational purposes.
