Is organized and operated exclusively for religious, charitable, scientific, literary, or educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. Specifically, mavik mission, ltd. Shall make grants and distributions to charitable organizations with high returns on investment in four primary areas: (i) housing affordability and homelessness, (ii) food scarcity, (iii) education, and (iv) at-risk youth.
