Mission
The mavs of springfield baseball organization ("mavs") exists for the primary purpose of providing an opportunity for amateur youth to develop and enhance physical and mental skills through baseball training, to learn the art of teamwork, to promote cooperation, and to train and develop future leaders through baseball training and instruction.

Participation in public service events - in 2024 the mavs' ten (10) teams (players and families) participated in multiple public service events, team specific as well as an ozarks food harvest food drive.
Conduct an opening season celebration. The event celebrates teams and upcoming season and provides an opportunity for the organization to showcase the players and team accomplishments
