Mbolden Change

In 2024, mBOLDen Change expanded its core work in direct economic support. Through cash transfer and guaranteed income programs, the organization stabilized low-income households and improved access to basic needs. Direct payments promote dignity, autonomy, stability, and mobility for children, families and individuals. In 2024, mBOLDen Change completed two guaranteed income pilots: the Youth Cash Transfer Initiative and Project Empower, which paired flexible cash with wraparound services such as case management, financial coaching, and trauma-informed care.
