To focus on the proposition that a government of the people by the people for the people can only exist if the people are educated about health disease and public health policies. As James Madison author of the US Constitution remarked: Knowledge will forever govern ignorance and a people who mean to be their own governors must arm themselves with the power knowledge gives. The Foundation performs independent investigations of public health and policies and how policies can be optimized for the benefit of a healthy and free citizenry as distinct from particular commercial or political interests. McCullough Foundation is a registered nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt by the IRS under section 501c3.
