Mcdougall-Hunt Community Development Corporation

The mcdougall-hunt community development corporations primary exempt purpose is to revitalize the mcdougall-hunt neighborhood through the development of affordable housing, beautification of public spaces, and reduction of urban blight. This past year, we partnered with local nonprofits to revitalize 12 vacant lots and led neighborhood cleanup efforts to improve safety and appearance. To support community empowerment, we hosted monthly meetings that connected residents to resources, encouraged civic engagement, and fostered leadership and economic stability.
