Mission

Provide opportunities for development of professional leadership growth and skills in the community and surrounding area of salem, oregon. Our programs raise awareness of key operations and resources in our community, specifically the challenges faced today and in the future. By building meaningful connections and introducing areas of opportunity, participants are encouraged to utilize their skills and interest to effect positive change, understanding the effect leadership has in addressing these challenges.

Salem emerging leaders engaged over 150 young leaders, tailored to ages 20-40, in a summit, and regular monthly and quarterly programmed activities. These activities provided consisent, intentional skill development, and awareness of community needs, while creating new connections, networks and communities. Programs included leadership training, social activities and opportunities to learn from leaders who have come before them.
