Programs
4 programs
The tenant based rental assistance grant is a rental assistance program that allows individuals to receive financial support for up to 24 months of rent.
The tiny home project consists of fully-furnished homes that are 440 square feet each. The cottages provide a place for families for up to 90 days while needs are evaluated for each family. Through the program, families receive employment assistance, job training , education, life skills education, and out-patient health and mental health services. Once the needs of the family have been determined by a case manager, the organization assists the family in finding more permanent housing. A property manager lives on site.
Brush up mac is a program in place to provide home repairs and maintenance for those in the community who are unable to afford those costs on their own.
The community service block grant provides housing rehabilitation assistance for low and moderate income individuals for projects such as electrical repair, heating repair, and roof replacement.
