Mission
Mdwise is a not-for-profit health maintenance organization contracting with healthcare providers to provide services to its members for two state medicaid programs: hoosier healthwise (hhw) and healthy indiana plan (hip) as well as the medicare advantage program within select counties in the state of indiana.

This contract has been renewed for 2023 and 2024. Mdwise has exited the medicare product line as of 12/31/2024.
