The corporation is organized exclusively for the charitable purposes of furthering the public's and patient's knowledge and understanding of available medical expertise, treatment alternatives, drug therapies, support groups, service organizations, symptom progression and any other facets of the many forms of Parkinson's Disease and for any other charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as charitable organizations under IRC 501(c)(3).

Implemented Community Outreach Programs in Southwest Florida and Middle Georgia to create awareness of Medical Treatment Alternative, caregiver support networks, and quality of life enhancements for persons with Parkinson's Disease.
0Implemented PDFit program providing physical exercise training and socialization opportunities for Middle Georgia residents with Parkinson's Disease.
Initiated Middle Georgia Motion Disorder Specialist (MDS) Outreach Program bringing Neurologists to Macon and adjacent communities which presently lack any such specialized expertise to conduct clinical appointments for persons with Parkinson's. The program sponsors MDS's providing clinic facilities, and defraying travel and other expenses incurred by physicians seeing new patients.
