Meadow Club Foundation

The primary exempt purpose of the foundation is (1) to make grants to employees of meadow club who have experienced an event, a condition or an emergency hardship and, as a result, are in need of financial assistance, and (2) to award scholarships to employees and children of employees of meadow club to pay tuition and related expenses for enrollment in, and pursuit of a degree from, an educational institution qualified under section 170(b)(1)(a)(ii) of the internal revenue code of 1986.
