Provide services to seniors allowing them to age in place with dignity and independence.

Other services include the grace place alzheimer's center & services, friendly visitor, animeals, and comfy casas. The grace place alzheimer's center provides care and activities for individuals living with dementia, focusing on maintaining their abilities while offering crucial caregiver support and respite. During fy24, 425 individuals with dementia and their caregivers benefited from services such as respite care, caregiver activity packets, resource referrals, virtual support groups, and the grace notes choir. Through friendly visitor services, 300 volunteers provided additional socialization and companionship to socially isolated seniors through virtual meetings, phone calls, or pen-pal writing activities.
