Monitoring and coordinating ongoing projects: mai presidents john maust and heather pubols and director of publisher development ramon rocha developed, managed, monitored and followed up the training projects during the fiscal year-working in close consultation with mai's regional trustees groups and the national organizations that invited our training assistance. For every training,evaluations are completed by the trainers, host organization and participants to determine the effectiveness and follow-up of the trainings.

Fiscal sponsorship: the organization has agreements with several foreign entities to serve as their fiscal sponsor. These agreements allow mai to receive charitable contributions and grants from a u.s. Entity and then forward to the entities for which they are a fiscal sponsor. The agreements allow for a service charge to be collected for the expenses incurred in the transfers.

Program information, handbook and newsletter: mai serves the global christian publishing community by sharing training resources and publishing news through our website (www.maiglobal.org), words for the world newsletter and digital and print training handbooks. The littworldonline blog fosters continued training and networking of past littworld and other training participants. We also offer free training webinars on publishing topics.
