Medical Center Foundation Of Hartford Inc

Support an adult day care services facility and program designed to promote independence in the elderly and deter the need for nursing home placement. The program currently serves on average 15 families from Washington County. Donations help underwrite scholarships for clients participating in the program.

The personal emergency response program offers a 24-hour connection to highly trained professionals through the use of advanced personal monitoring technologies. Individuals in need are subsidized.
