Medina County Sheltered Industries Inc

Transportation: workers with disabilities who are enrolled in various vocational programs offered by windfall industries, along with certain other workers with disabilities not enrolled in these programs, are transported to and from job sites in one of the organization's twenty vans. Revenues for this service are provided primarily by medicaid reimbursements. During 2024, 127 program attendees with disabilities were transported on 32,915 trips under this program.

Rest area contracts: windfall industries is responsible for providing routine upkeep (consisting of custodial and grounds services) of two highway rest areas. These rest areas are typically manned 16 hours a day. The work crew for this program included 5 workers with disabilities during 2024. Revenues for these services are provided by the ohio department of transportation.

Other program services include community employment programs, mcbdd operating services and horticultural services.
