To provide for the rescue, rehabilitation, and placement of cats which have been abandoned, mistreated, injured, or are otherwise in need, and to promote animal welfare with a focus on assisting with trap/neuter/return and community cat program efforts, and educating the public regarding the importance of spay/neuter and tnr and community cat programs.
