The Meggs Foundation is making a significant impact in the lives of young adults who are undergoing cancer treatments in the Greater Charlotte area. The costs and expenses associated with these life threatening treatments can be enormous, bringing on added stress and anxiety, both of which are contrary to healing and wellness. The Meggs Foundations provides emergency financial relief for these individuals, we are helping them focus on what's most important - getting well. This financial relief includes paying for mortgages, rent payments, car payments and utility costs while the patient is undergoing cancer treatments. 22 patients were helped during the year 2024.
