To perform various charitable and educational functions such as providing aid to families who demonstrate financial need to the board of directors and who have suffered a personal crisis, such as an illness, disease or disability borne by a family member. The organization will also provide donations in support of education such as through endowment of educational scholarships, donations to public and private educational causes and to any other charitable cause in compliance with the internal revenue code and the regulations thereto. All activities engaged in by the organization will qualify as a lawful purpose for which an organization may be formed under the massachusetts general laws, as amended, and in accordance with the provisions of the massachusetts corporations for charitable and certain other purposes act.
