Melwood Inc

Melwood inc. Is a supporting organization, as described in section 509(a)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended (the "code"). It is organized and operated as a nonstock corporation exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, or to carry out the purposes of melwood horticultural training center, inc., melwood community services, inc., and melwood community development corporation. Melwood is not organized for profit, and no part of its net earnings or other funds shall inure to the benefit of any incorporator, officer, director, or any individual with a personal interest in its activities.
