Nonprofit organizations & educational programs: mdm provided space for multiple diverse nonprofit organizations, educational programs, and community initiatives offering services to the community. Services include things like english classes, early childhood education, a sewing academy, a support center, summer camp, and others.

Recreational groups: in addition to the worshipping communities and nonprofit organizations, there are also recreational groups like badminton, karate, basketball, and community gardening on campus weekly. These groups provide opportunities for people of all ages and ethnic backgrounds to come together for healthy, team-building activities. These groups serve roughly 215 individuals annually. Mdm also welcomes occasional special events, cultural celebrations, and other similar community-based gatherings.
