Mission
To rebuild individuals and families for a healthy community by addressing social and economic barriers to reduce recidivism. MWP is dedicated to rebuilding safe, healthy, and whole communities in a collaborate effort of public and private resources. The organizations comprehensive program focuses on the multiple factors that are related to social and economic problems for high-risk behavior, recidivism, chronic jobless and homeless.

Provide mentoring services, program adminstration to help participants while incarcerated to develop a plan surrounding their interest and goals focusing on employment, recovery, housing needs, and life skills.
California community reinvestment grants program. Provide individuals with support in job placement, mental health treament, substance use disorder treatment, system navigation services, legal services to address barriers to reentry for those disproportionately impacted by past federal and state drug policies. 176 participants have participated in this program. 40 participants has been susbstance free for a year, 37 have permanent employment and 6 have permanent housing. 100 participants have graduated from the program. None of the participants have returned to custody.
