To solicit donations from Jewish organizations and general public to purchase canned food and religious material and send them to areas in countries such as Russia, Ukraine, Latvia, etc for the benefit of impoverished people. The Organization will arrange with Rabbis of temples in those areas to accept and distribute the supplies.
