Create and distribute original, educational mental health materials to make mental health universally understood by the general public. These materials aims to provide people with understanding of how emotions and mental health works and what we can all do to improve or maintain good mental health and reduce stigma.

Part II and What is Mental Health? Part III. In 2022, we paid an illustrator $2,000 to start to create the What is Mental Health? Part II.
