Prevention, consultation, and information - information services for the general public regarding mental illness. Services include workshops, lending library, in-service training, educational team pamphlets, and speaker bureau.

Hope house - temporary and emergency housing, provides an organizedalternative to hospitalization by offering support, encouragement, andassistance to individuals to enhance their participation in thecommunity.

Advocacy services - provides legal services to mental health clients. Services include representation by attorneys and paralegals in administration and judicial settings for clients and providers.

Other programs include: workforce grant, grigg lewis youth peer services, regional and niagara falls housing authority.
