Mental Health Connections

Connections house is a supportive community for adults recovering from mental illness, operating under the evidence-based clubhouse international model of psychosocial rehabilitation. Members participate in a structured, collaborative environment focused on recovery through work and meaningful relationships. The program provides vocational training, employment support, educational opportunities, and social and wellness activities that reduce isolation and promote recovery.
