The organization also partners with experts who speak to key challenges young people face or provide expert strategies to support and enhance relationships with young people. Mentor new york provides these services through hosting wellness webinars and peer-sharing round tables, and sharing tools and resources.

2024 mentoring matters conference- this annual conference brings together youth development and mentoring program practitioners to learn more about the emerging practices in the mentoring movement; the latest research informing the movement and professional development sessions that increase skill development and networking amongst their peers and leading practitioners.
