Mission
The mentoring project (tmp) empowers low-income college students to complete their postsecondary education through mentorship and career exploration. Since its founding in 2021, tmp has served numerous students from approximately 30 campuses across washington. The program supports students who may lack access to family or alumni networks that typically provide career guidance. Tmp operates virtually, allowing it to reach students on remote campuses and offer mentorship and career panels regardless of geographic barriers.
