To benefit the merced county office of education by establishing and supporting programs and activities that maximize academic achievement and education enrichment for students within merced county; providing financial assistance by acquiring equipment and supplies for the use and benefit of the merced county office of education; assisting and supporting merced county office of education in the attainment of its educational, cultural, scientific, artistic, and technological goals and in fulfilling its role in serving students, parents, and the community of which it is a part; strengthening and supporting collaborations and partnerships among the merced county office of education, businesses, foundations and families to service the merced county office of education community; and soliciting grants, donations, charitable contributions and raising funds to support the educational endeavors of the merced county office of education.
