Mission
Mercy education project is a female-centric space dedicated to personal growth and stability, where quality education, access to resources, encouragement, and empowerment are the vehicles for their future success. Mep creates a learning community that serves women and girls to position them for success, no matter their backgrounds, beliefs, or socio-economic situation.

Thirteen women received their ged during py24-25.mep's measurable skill gain (msg) performance was 60.00% (abe levels 1-4). The statewide average and the federal negotiated target performance level of 42.6%. Inclusion of all outcomes + msgs brings mep's unduplicated participant total to 55.19%.technology continues to be integrated into all aspects of mep's programs. All assessments are conducted online. We offer women's program classes onsite, remotely (synchronous) or recorded for later viewing (asynchronous). We operate two computer labs - with twenty computers total - to accommodate tabe and ged standardized testing, and for use by our esl abe students studying burlingtonenglish in the classroom. Mep's women's program performance exceeded the state benchmarks in the michigan adult education reporting system (maers). For the employment rate 2nd quarter after exit, the statewide average and the federal negotiated performance level outcome measure was 46.50%. Mep's outcome measure was 52.24% for the employment rate 4th quarter after exit, the statewide average and the federal negotiated performance level outcome measure was 47.50%.
