Pharmacy - our on-site pharmacy provides patients with both prescription and over-the-counter medications free of charge. Patient compliance with taking medications is enhanced by having a pharmacy, staff and pharmacists on site. The clinic distributed more than a million dollars in medications to patients in 2023. Patients on five or more medications also receive individual medication therapy management counseling at the clinic.

Lifestyle and health education - mercy health clinic offers diabetes education programs and lifestyle and nutritional education to patients. These health education programs are led by a physician and / or a certified nutritionist who hold classes with patients in group settings as well as individual counseling sessions, in both english and spanish. The goal of these programs is to change the patients' lifestyle and to teach them how to manage their health through through exercise, medication and diet.
