Mercy House Living Centers

Emergency assistance/shelter- mercy house provided emergency shelter to 4,937 individuals through its various emergency shelter facilities across the california counites of orange, riverside, los angeles, ventura and maricopa county, arizona. Services provided to shelter participants include temporary housing, food, laundry and hygiene facilities, housing navigation and access to medical and supportive services. Its south orange county street outreach programs served 362 individuals.

Cal aim community supports mercy house provided 402 medi-cal members with housing tenancy and sustaining services, 609 medi-cal members with housing transition navigation services, 393 medi-cal members with housing deposits, and 276 medi-cal members with enhanced care management (ecm) services.
