The adopt-a-family holiday program spreads joy and hope by connecting sponsor groups with families experiencing crises during the christmas season. In 2024, we served 334 children through adopt-a-family and the elf (every last family) shop, ensuring that families in need received essential support and meaningful holiday gifts if needed. Through our continued partnership with liberation church, we empowered parents to select christmas gifts for their children, preserving dignity and making the holiday season brighter. By filling critical gaps where needed, we provided not just presents, but also a message of love, generosity, and community support to families facing hardship.

The cases of hope program continues to provide a fresh start filled with dignity for individuals transitioning out of incarceration. In 2024, we distributed 541 suitcases, a record-breaking number, ensuring that more individuals than ever received essential items as they reentered society. Each suitcase is carefully packed by volunteers with clothing, shoes, toiletries, bibles, and personal items, reinforcing a message of hope, stability, and second chances. Through partnerships with multiple correctional facilities, we expanded our reach, supporting those seeking to rebuild their lives. Every case is more than just suppliesit is a tangible reminder that they are seen, valued, and not alone on their journey forward.

The sharing partners program expanded significantly in 2024, strengthening our commitment to stewarding donations wisely and maximizing impact. As a newly tracked initiative, we partnered with 15 churches, schools, and nonprofit organizations, providing essential items that allowed them to serve the families in their care.by sharing donations strategically, we ensured that resources reached those in need while reducing waste and extending the generosity of our community even further. This collaborative approach amplifies mercy malls mission, allowing us to serve beyond our walls and empower other organizations to support families experiencing crises.looking ahead to 2025, we plan to develop a process for tracking the direct impact of this program on the community.
